I've installed WP linking to my domain, it became corrupted when I tried to update WP, so I uninstalled it,to install it again but installed to a different root directory so i uninstalled it again but once again it was installed to a different root directory.
then a friend told me that word press can only be installed once to the original root directory. now to view the site i have to add an extension eg http://www.claritypropertyinvestments.co.uk/home. is it possible to lose the extention and return my site url to the original url of http://www.claritypropertyinvestments.co.uk
