markschum on "installation problem ?"

after I do the install I go to test it and get an error 404 page not found.
I enter myhost/wordpress/index.php and get the error after entering the login page.
127.0.0.1 - - [03/Mar/2013:21:21:52 -0600] "GET http://myhosthttp/myhost/wordpress/ HTTP/1.1" 404 215

any ideas

I posted this in troubleshooting a few days ago. No replies
