The only thing that comes to mind form that limited info is that you're not trying to get the right domain name. Look at the URL that you're entering and see what looks wrong with it:
http://myhosthttp/myhost/wordpress/
Notice that there's http twice in there? The best guess is that you want to go to http://myhost/wordpress instead.
