Lovelocal on "Is there any "how too" videos"

Evening all

Iam for the 1st time attempting to work with wordpress and use a shopping cart.

I would be grateful if there was to know if there was any support on the, how too, like the header, as in where to ad my own header image.

I would also like to know how to do the variations in the shop too if possible
