PsychedtoWrite on "Transferring from Weebly"

Hi, I had a WP blog which I purchased a domain name for and when I pointed to Blue Host, I couldn't get the link for WP to work so I could continue using it. I set up my site with Weebly. Now I am trying to come back to WP after a disappointing Weebly experiment and when I did so, I asked WP to overwrite the files of my Weebly site. It did so for the blog tab, but not anything else. I still have a Weebly site, but now it's on WP and I can't figure out how to put a new theme in or do anything administrative either from Blue Host or WP. I wrote in the WP.com forums and they told me to come here. The site in question is http://www.psychedtowrite.com. Any help you could give would be appreciated as I am getting quite frustrated. This is my first website and the whole experience has been terrible so far. Please help! Thanks!
