It looks like you are still using an outdated version of WP - your site shows 3.3.1 - but that may be due to the problem that has popped up. That problem is likely due to your theme (Weaver) being outdated - see the Weaver page here: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/weaver
So you'll probably want to update to the newer Weaver II - the developer has a dedicated forum with great support so you may want to check in there about the best way to update/migrate:
