Well, for a non-expert, this is proving painful. I've made the changes to wp-config.php. Now I need to upload using cPanel File Manager (I hope that's okay.) It says to upload all the contents but not the directory - so I'm assuming I'll have to upload each file, one at a time. Can I put them in a new folder so they are organized? And I'm assuming the directory called Web Root is the one to put all those files into.
Also, we already have a website up, but we are replacing it (if I can figure this out). I created a new database (empty) for wordpress and a new user. Was this necessary?
Sorry if these are stupid questions and assumptions.
