I have created a wordpress site at http://www.myurl.com/blog. Downloaded all the files to my hard drive and uploaded them to the root directory. (somewhere in between I decided to delete everything off the server.. I don't know why... I had a brain cramp.)
I went through all 15 steps at http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress
I double and triple checked my permalinks. I've even changed them and I don't get any sort of error from WP indicating it can't write or access my wp.config file or the .htaccess file. (I'm not sure what server I'm on so I checked for both) Using Cyberduck I have clicked "show hidden files" and still cannot seem to find the wp.config or .htaccess files, respectively.
When I type in myurl.com/card-access (one of the pages in my site) iI get a generic 404 error message.
For the life of me I can't seem to figure out what is wrong here. Any help is greatly appreciated. I told the client I would have this live for him yesterday.
