I have contacted them - all of that is in my original post ;)
yes Child theme is what i meant.
I think i need to hear it explained it plain english for me understand what the child theme actually does and why i need it, because no matter how many times I read that child theme link i don't fully get it - you know those times when you feel really dumb because everybody else get's something straight away and you're left standing there scratching your head saying ... what? well this is that time for me. Child themes... what?
more importantly how do i fix these broken links without having to wait another week for the vendor to get back to me with a reply?
