Hi diana986, Can you please tell me what browser you are using? Perhaps it's internet explorer. So there might be some security setup, which is preventing you from downloading. Try to use firefox/Chrome browser. When popup box is seen, click on save (not run), and if another popup is seen telling you whether "allow access"/"deny access", click on "allow access". I think it will work for you.
