Karood on "first time wordpress ,and first error help please"

thanks it works me bofore 20 minute , so i changed some settings now for the url by default Wordpress comes like this "http://yourname.com"
and i changed into "http://www.yournamame.com"
but the connection is out and i cannot go back my old or the new one
