When you "exported" your blog, did you follow the instructions from http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/ ?
How and where on GD are you trying to upload the above export?
On GD, did you use the "auto installer" (or whatever GD calls theirs) to install WP first, and then import into that, or, are you trying to do a manual install on your GD account?
