kanyora on "WordPress install sql error"

Hi,
I am attempting to install my first wordpress in my whm hosting server for my clients use on their domain.
I have done everything according to instructions but I keep getting this error.Here is the clients site.

I have deleted the db and created it afresh twice.
Seems to be a MySQL problem in my WHM.
Something I haven't done or activated I assume.

Kindly somebody help.
If there is a wordpress/WHM consultant out there I'd also appreciate future help at agreed terms please.
