I solved the problem:
I asked BlueHost to reset my site. In reply they sent me a short, very clear, very detailed mail of how to do it by myself. Step by step easy to follow.
I deleted the wp files, unistalled WordPress and reinstalled the English version. The wp-config file was there.
I deleted the wp files, uninstalled WordPress and reinstalled the Hebrew version. Everything was in place but the wp-config.
I renamed the wp files to arye-wp…, uninstalled the WordPress and reinstalled the English version.
I deleted the wp files (but the wp-config) renamed back to source the arye-wp… files, added the “he_il” to the proper line in the wp-config, ran the install and everything works.
