pishleme on "Big problem with install"

Hello to everyone!

I have VPS with CentOS 6. When I start to install WordPress gives me error on the last step (run install). Gives me this:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Walker_Page in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/post-template.php on line 968

I delete everything in my public_html and uploaded several times but stil gives me the same error.
