mrmassi on "First time play with it and now cant change main page"

I hope someone can help me please! I downloaded Wordpress using Bluehost. I played around a bit to get a taster - necver built a site before. Seemend to have set and published a home page. Now I am doing the bluehst tutorial and my main page seems to be locked so when I activate a theme then vew site all I get is the single page I played with. I have done an uninstall and then reinstall and selected the loose everything to date option (or warning for those who knew what they were doing!). Please can someone tell me what to do to clear everything out so that I can start my tutorials from scratch and follow along with the how to video. Thank you so much!
