Freshly installed WP 3.5.1.
Currently showing Twenty Twelve Theme and ALL plugins are disabled.

When I click on the media button, nothing happens. When I click on the TEXT tab to add HTML and nothing happens.
I've downloaded 3.5.1 again and copied over all the files except wp-content just to see if it would help, but again nothing.
Ideas? Solutions
