@leejosepho: these are not relevant suggestions. There is no reason to go to third party plugins to replace core WP functions.
I respect your right to share whatever kind of opinion, but not your scolding demeanor. The actual experience I have shared is completely valid, and those plugins come from folks with booths right here at wordpress.org! In any case, however, and for whatever reason, I have to deal with Maximum upload file size: 10MB. and do not know (and am not asking for) any other way to do what I need done.
