makwa on "website not working properly"

I too have a page that is not loading properly...re-occuring error message is
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/maphotoc/public_html/makwaflutes/wp-content/themes/easel/functions.php on line 166
The page was working properly within the past 30 days and I have not made any changes to it in that time. Thoughts?
