I just came across an old thread entitled 'tinyMCE is not defined!' from 4 years ago, ha.
Done the trick though, most likely something my hosts placed in there as I have had some issues recently with my wp-admin account and they had been messing with htaccess. Just assumed it was the one in the main folder.
