Suffusion is a really great theme and has a dedicated support forum here: http://aquoid.com/news/themes/suffusion/ ; they should be able to answer any questions about how the theme works.
If you mean your followers from your old .COM site, they don't get moved automatically - you have to ask the .COM folks to transfer them for you. We can't help with that. Stats are the same - if they can be transferred (I'm not sure if they can or not) - but ask at .COM about how that works. I think you'd have to be using jetpack on your new site for that to be possible too.
I believe you also need to reset or add your Gravatar again too.
