I am trying to automatically update the version of wordpress on nestingneedles.com.au but it gets stuck "unpacking":

Despite being left for up to an hour. From memory it only took a few minutes last time. I have fast cable internet and a new ultrabook so that should not be a limiting factor.
Any ideas?
