I am (obviously) new to this and fear that I have made a dreadful mistake. Basically, I neglected to export the content from my old WP.com site when I moved everything over to WP.org. Is there anything I can do to retrieve that content?
My site is http://www.nicoknows.com and I would be most grateful for any suggestions (especially those that take into account my - obvious - lack of expertise in this area).
